CMAP Full Circle data collection system

Setting up the data fields to be collected:

The parcel pointer collection device has an extensive data dictionary.  There is a wide array of information that can be captured for each parcel.  The specific data fields to be collected need to be determined by each organization. The system is flexible enough to allow each organization to determine which data fields to capture and which to exclude. 

1. To view the entire list of data fields that can be collected, go to the data dictionary page:  http://www.chicagoareahousing.org/fullcircle/DataFields.aspx

2. Once the data fields to be collected are determined, go to the data field by organization page: http://www.chicagoareahousing.org/fullcircle/datafieldbyorg_input.asp Check the appropriate data fields to be collected and click save.
