Obtaining a Table of Parcels Logged-
Querying the database
Access the Full Circle Community Mapping and Planning Project website using
the following URL (http://www.chicagoareahousing
.org/fc/index htm.

Click
on the Partner Links,
to access quick links for the full circle partner organizations.

Click
on the Query the Parcel
database : (URL)
http://www.chicagoareahousing.org/Fullcircle/ParcelBuildQuery.aspx
You
will be prompted to provide your User ID and Password.
Click on
the Log In tab and the following will appear.
You are now logged in.
Click here to continue
Clicking the hyperlink provides the option of choosing a Community Area to
work on.
Click on
the desired Community Area to access the Parcel query engine
You
have the option of querying the whole community area or limiting your query
to one census tract in the Community Area

Choose the desired census tract
To
query any data field, select the field and then Click Go.
To
select all the parcels in the data base, select (say) Assessed Value of
Land from the Select a data field for your query dropdown menu, then
Click Go.
You
will be prompted to refine your query further.
Choosing Assessed value of land (say) is less than $5,000, 000
will select all the parcels because no parcel in this area can possibly be
worth more than that amount. Do not use $ symbol.
4. It is possible to obtain the download in Excel format

To display multiple data fields, hold down the ctrl
key and scroll down the data field drop down menu clicking the
desired data fields. The fields should be highlighted when clicked.

Click Go to display the table.
